With all the right touches and updates, this home is sure to please your group for your next weekend getaway for full season of fun. You'll love the sophisticated charm and convenience this home boasts, along with the convenience of being just moments from the village happenings or either ski resort! Upon entering, you'll find the brand new, fully equipped kitchen with the perfect balance of practicality and convenience. Off of the kitchen is a laundry area, half bath (coming soon) and a fun, relaxing bar area perfect for entertaining! The main level is also set up with a semi-formal dining area, cozy living room, an additional recreation room, and a full bath. Upstairs, you'll find 3 bedrooms and a full bath, all of which are beautifully furnished and decorated. Bedroom 1 has a King bed, bedroom has a Queen, and bedroom is conveniently set up with a Queen bed and a bunk bed. Outside is a spacious patio and large yard which make outdoor recreation and gathering ideal! This home is truly equipped with everything you need for your Ellicottville vacation! "The Francis Rose house is a true gem! It’s warm, beautifully decorated, & full of character. We stayed with 4 couples for Suoerbowl Weekend & couldn’t have been more comfortable. There was absolutely nothing we wanted or needed from home. We cooked a large meal in the kitchen which is top-notch. & fully stocked with the best appliances & cookware. It’s location is also prime, being within walking distance to the village. This place is amazing! We’ll definitely be back. "

"Just returned from our 2nd weekend at the Francis Rose House. The incredible, original woodwork brings charm and character to this home. The updated kitchen and baths in addition to the exquisite decorating throughout all the rooms, make this house a warm, welcoming home. Whether it's a weekend get away to ski, a family gathering, or girls weekend, you will find the perfect accommodations here. And the added bonus to this cozy setting is the short walk into beautiful Ellicottville!"

Feeling at home

"We entered the house and immediately felt at home. We were so comfortable that we want to invite family and start a tradition annually. The grocery store was close enough to go shopping to cook in the gorgeous spacious kitchen. So much space to use for events, parties, holidays and catering to a lot of people. 2 living rooms, dining and bar room. Can’t wait to go back. We are already planning to celebrate our anniversary there. Also, everything you need is there. "

"Stayed overnite for a relaxing getaway with friends ! Enjoyed going through the town and shops- walking distance - also took a drive around to see the trees changing colors - and headed up to the casino for a night of fun and buffet dinner ! Can’t wait to go again during the snowy season !!!! "
