Perfectly located on Morris Ave, about 1 block from Chautauqua Lake and Bestor Plaza, you are just moments away from the heart of the Institute. There are 4 bedrooms, all located on the 2nd level as well as a full bathroom, sleeping 7. There is a half bath on the 1st level just off of the kitchen. Cook in the modern kitchen, relax in the comfortable living room or dine at the spacious dining table. Enjoy the many amenities added to your stay such as AC in 3 bedrooms upstairs, screened in upstairs balcony, a private washer/dryer unit, espresso maker with complimentary pods, outdoor grill, Wi-Fi and complimentary Netflix on the smart TV. Wonderful stay

"We had an incredible week at the Sugar Magnolia cottage. It is conveniently located between the lake and Bestor Plaza and the neighbors were very friendly. The house was comfortable and we spent a lot of time in the rocking chairs on the porch. I've rented other places on the grounds and this one has risen to the top of my list. The ERA team was responsive and we can't wait to rent it again."

Pet Friendly!

"Thank you for a wonderful stay here at Sugar Magnolia. We stayed here 17 years ago before Dad bought the family cottage with our young children. It has been wonderful to be here and relive memories and be at Chautauqua. It's hard to be at our family cottage with our Golden, so this was great to be here with our dog, but be able to be with my Dad. It's a special place!""
