Perfect Location

"My team and I were planning a big wedding in the Institution and needed a place to sleep for the night, shower, change, etc. The house was in the perfect location, only 2 minutes from the wedding location. In a quiet, calm street and was very comfortable. We loved that every room had it's own bathroom and the beds were comfy and cozy. I would definitely stay there again!"

On the quiet north side

"This is in a quiet, suburban, section of the Institute. It is about a mile to the amphitheater, so you can get your steps in (or take the shuttle). Nice in that there is a bathroom for each bedroom upstairs, plus a powder room on the main floor. Kitchen is very well equipped -above average for rental units in this neighborhood in our experience. There is a nice deck for pleasant days. Décor is a bit dated, but very comfortable and functional. WiFi worked well, but single tv is small and low resolution. Having a parking pass and a gate pass included is a real plus. Would definitely consider renting this unit again if available for future visits. A solid 4 stars."
