"The property was perfect for us. Three couples each with are own bedrooms and bathrooms. It was very clean. It was a short 7 minute walk into town. We would choose this property again in the future. "

Wonderful Stay!

"We stayed here for a weekend in March, half of our group snowboarded and the other half did not. The convenience and proximity to town were the best things about this home, for us, because of that! Over all the home was very clean and well equipped, and our snowboarders loved having the basement to drop their gear in once they were done for the night. We enjoyed using the spacious kitchen and the island area with the television as a group, as we could all be together. We will absolutely look to stay here again. My ONLY two items were this: The Keurig did not work, I believe because the village is on a well system and so the machine just kept trying to descale which led to it not operating at all. The other item was the heat was unable to be regulated. No matter how many times we tried turning the thermostat down it was really hot in the house. It was a Nest thermostat, so, more than likely an operator error. Neither of these issues would preclude us from staying here again. I overall highly recommend this home!"

A great comfortable house

"This was a great house, just what my friends and I we looking for. We spent two nights there and had two days of skiing, one night skiing at Holiday Valley and the other at Holimont, both a very short drive away. We also loved how the house was right in the village and we were able to walk to a village restaurant close by. It was spacious and everyone had enough room. It was also very comfortable with great furniture. I highly recommend this house for its comfortable spacious atmosphere and its perfect location in the village and close to skiing. "

"This is a great place to stay for a getaway with your friends or family. The house is spotless, the kitchen if fully stocked with cookware and utensils, and there is plenty of space for a group to relax and enjoy. The location is a short walk to Ellicottville shops and restaurants. It's also convenient to Holiday Valley and Allegany State Park. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Ellicottville."

"We stayed for a long ski weekend and this house was perfect. Spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Close enough to the slopes to go back for lunch or a break and close enough to the town to walk to the shops or restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We had a wonderful time at this house! I actually think the pictures don’t do the space justice! It is large and comfortable for a big group! We celebrated my Aunts 60th birthday. It felt awesome to get away from the crazy Pandemic and celebrate her. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable! We will definitely be back!"

"We rented the house for a girl’s weekend and it was perfect! The first floor is spacious and open. We especially loved the huge kitchen island to gather for meals and cocktails. The house was clean and updated. There is ample space for parking behind the home. The best part is that it’s a 2 minute walk to town for restaurants and shopping. We will be renting again!
